Description Retail Banking and Wealth Management Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team. In this role, you will: Define and oversee operation service level and service issues with HOST. Challenge status quo and pursue operation efficiency and customer satisfaction Oversee and validate HOST recharges and drive cost saving initiatives with HOST functions, and be responsible for indirect costs (which will link to HOST and also functions) Coordinate Capacity Demand Review Optimize operation efficiency related to branches, account opening/servicing, payments and credit.
